3 months round up

since i have posted last we have done so much. so here is my round up for you....
October..
Halloween... this year our friends came over with their kids to go out and have some fun

November...

We took a trip to Ohio ( will explain why in another post). here are some of the pictures i have from the fun part of the trip...

spending time with mike and the kids was fun. we got to spend time with his aunt Anna and uncle Raymond too why we were there. best part of the trip i say :)

this year mom couldn't cook since she had foot surgery. so it was up to dad and i. i have to say i think we did a great job. kids looked at the adds..

2010/2011

the last day of 2010 started out like any other day. hubby had to work, so the kids and i spent the day with my parents. new years eve is also my brother's birthday so katie wanted to hang out with the birthday boy,(she is into birthday's.) they played with their new toys, watched movies and just had some good old fun. 

 i love our family tradition. this year we had so much fun. many laughs. we sat down ate our crab legs and lobster tails, potato's and fruit. we had entertainment during dinner. christian decided that when he was finished his dinner that he would play. he would walk around like a sumo wrestler. the others joined in and they had some fun. one set of our crab legs looked like a claw so we had lots of fun with it. 

we had a special guest last night, crab man cam for a visit. my dad grabbed the part that looked like a claw and had lots of fun with the kids. every time the kids would go near the tree he would grab the claw and have some fun chasing them. katie and buddy would go running. they would laugh and scream. after some time they older kids got scared but loved every minute of it. christian found a baby that would do everything he would. so many fun times with his new friend.

  we got the kids in bed and mom, dad and i watched some tv and waited for the ball to drop. we all sat up and counted down to the new year. i am so glad i got to spent this new years eve with family safe in our home.

had an AMAZING & BLESSED 2010.... and ready to embrace EVERYTHING 2011 has in store for us!!!!!!!

a very merry christmas

is it really possible that christmas has come and gone already?

seriously, where did this month go????

this christmas has been a great one for us. last night the kids went to church. then we went to look at lights. while kids slept gifts were wrapped and put together. when the kids got up their eyes just light up when they saw what santa had left. i think that the kids a great day, they jumped right in and played with their toys and have gone non stop. they have been many rides in their cars and lots of tlc for the dolls.

emily's memory's

next month mike and i will celebrate 4 years of married bliss. i have been taking the time to remember all our memories since we got together 5 years ago. i remember our first date. dinner and a movie. we saw white chicks. i also remember sitting out side his store when i got back from texas just talking for hours. going to get yoders pie and then back to his house to watch tv.

the one memory that i will always remember would be our engagement. so here it goes, we told our family and friends that that day was Feb 14th. but it really was in Dec. we were at his house after dinner. we were sitting on his floor joking around. i needed to take my pills for the night and when he got up to get me some water he bent down and asked me to marry him. i said yes thinking we were still joking around. i fell like a idiot for thinking it was a joke. i will say this, it was not what most guys will do and that is why i love him.

the memories i have from the time we had katie to christian have been so nice to have. when i am down i just look back at those times and smile. watching mike holding each of them. making them laugh and smile. these are the memories i will always make me smile no matter how bad i feel. my family will always be there for me and this is why i love them. my kids are my world (and hubby). i am excited to be able to make more memories with them.
