Summer

 The kids are loving summer. Katie and Buddy are having so much fun at camp. Katie gets to play and learn all day. Two days of the water park. they have gone on one field trip to the zoo. She said that one of her favorite parts was the bus ride. She got to ride in a charter bus. Watched a movie on the way up and one on the way back. She had so much fun. That was just the first week of camp for her. Katie doesn't have a field trip this week. They will do some red, white and blue crafts. They will also have a cook out with a trip to the ice cream truck on Friday.

 Buddy got to see a fire truck and fire fighter. They came and showed the campers the truck. they got to hold the hose and take a picture. He was so happy to go that day. He gets to go to the water park two days a week, play on the playground every day. He does arts and crafts and is bringing some cute things home. He hasn't gone on a field trip yet. Last week he had a week of fun. Monday was inside out day, Tuesday was camo day, Wed was tie dye day, Thursday was favorite color day and Friday was wacky hair day. This week Buddy has his first field trip to the movies to see Despicable Me 2. They Are also going to have a cook out with a trip to the ice cream truck. No camp on Thursday.

 Christian doesn't go to camp yet. He gets to play with all the toys and go swimming with out the others bothering him. He has gone on several day trips with his mommy and Duckie. This week he is going to do some red, white and blue crafts with Duckie. Go swimming with Poppie and have a cook out with the family on the 4th.

 What a great summer the kids are having. Every night is a movie night and/or a game night. Tonight is Ratatouille. Two nights ago we watched Despicable Me. and The other night was A Bug's Life.  What else can we do during the summer.

Yesterday Nancy and I took our kids to Old Navy, We took all seven kids to Old Navy. They did so good. Old Navy had their $1 flip flop sale going on. I bought 2 pairs of flip flops a black and white one, 2 sweat pants, shirts for the kids for the 4th and a shirt for me. Then we went to target. we bought some pool toys. Going out with your Best Friend and kids is fun.

The kids are going to camp. Mom and I signed them up for camp this week. I am excited to see how they like it. They will do crafts, play games, watch movies, read books, play on playground, go to the water park and even field trips. Katie is going to the zoo this week and Buddy will have a fire fighter come to camp with the fire truck. He is so excited.

The kids are having a great summer. They are spending time with Poppie & Duckie. Going swimmer and watching movies. There are so many things planned for summer
